I have always had a strong connection with children, dating back to my pre-teen years. My first paying job was a mother's helper, also going on vacation with the family to watch the children so the parents could have some free time!! Then, babysitting for many families throughout the years. Eventually having my own children, and caring for friend's children, while they worked. Back then you didn't need a license. Soon after moving to Charlton I became a "nanny", for a family in Charlton, with 3 children. A few years later I decided this was my calling in life, and I opened "Country Angels Daycare", in 2002, as a licensed childcare provider. As a childcare provider, I am constantly going to required trainings, relating to infant, toddler, pre-school and school age topics. It has been a very fulfilling journey!!
