Licensed since 2003
Capacity: 6 + 2; infant through school age
Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
My style of care includes age appropriate activities, materials and toys in
a pre-school atmosphere utilizing similar curriculum materials as the local
school district. I use a theme based curriculum with daily circle time,
reading, math, arts and crafts, outdoor/indoor free play, and music.
Interwoven with Kindergarten readiness are self help skills, learning about
themselves, the world around them as well as socialization skills. Daily
outdoor play takes place in a safe yard and driveway on a quiet cul-de-sac
or walks around neighborhood. My main goal is for your child to feel cared
for and safe in my home while encouraging a supportive relationship with
parents.
